Over the last decade, as I transitioned from electronics engineering to software development, then to industrial design, digital design, and finally service design, I’ve noticed one constant: truly impressive and innovative ideas often fail—not because they lack merit, but because they aren’t communicated effectively.

With a background in both design and engineering, and experience working with a truckload of clients, I have developed an expertise in transforming long, drawn-out meetings into dynamic, engaging workshops.
